What are the most useful herbs to tincture in preparation for fall and winter? What medicinal oils are needed to make useful household herbal salves? We will make an herbal cough syrup that can last all winter.
One more fun item I want to introduce everyone to is a Damiana Cardamom - Chocolate cordial syrup (don't tell anyone it's an aphrodisiac).
